This project involved a full loft clearance in Milton Keynes at a property where items had been accumulated over many years.
Access to the loft was particularly challenging, as entry was only possible through a small hatch located in the bathroom, making the removal process slow and physically demanding.
The loft was heavily filled with a wide variety of stored belongings, including furniture, boxes, household items and miscellaneous materials collected over a long period of time.
Due to the volume and condition of the items, this was classified as a hoarder-type clearance. Care was taken to sort through belongings, separating reusable items from waste.A significant portion of the items was set aside and donated to a local charity, reducing landfill waste and supporting the community. All remaining waste was safely removed, and the loft space was cleared efficiently despite the restricted access conditions.
